How long will it take to complete a web request?

Timelines can vary based on the type of request. Here's a quick reference guide to help with your submissions. After submitting a web request form, your request will be reviewed to assess if any information is missing and to determine the time required to complete the request. There are two request classifications to help us determine the rate of completion: standard and urgent.

Urgent content updates are completed in 24 - 48 hours. If more time is needed, we will connect with you to discuss the details. See timelines below for standard requests.
